Social media management: branded posts and banners, Facebook and Instagram ads, a weekly plan and a monthly report counted in enquiries, not reach.
Social media management is two jobs you can buy separately: content that keeps your Facebook and Instagram pages alive, and ads that bring in enquiries and orders. Both run on a plan for the week and a report for the month, and the report starts with enquiries: the campaign for 123Vans&Trucks, a van and truck dealer, brought in over 180 enquiries in under a week.
For an online store, social ads are performance marketing: we measure them in orders and return on ad spend, not in likes. Results from Facebook ads for an online store depend on what it already has: sales history, an ad account, customers. So we build the campaigns around that start: we rework the campaigns already running, set up the store and the tracking before the first ad, or start with campaigns that find new buyers. Alesimo, a shoe store, was already advertising on Facebook and Instagram; we rebuilt its audiences, messages and formats, and in two months sales rose 220% and return on ad spend (ROAS) 25%. For Demetra Shoes, a leather-footwear brand, the store came first, then the ads: over BGN 25,000 in turnover in the first month of ads. Elana, a new bathroom-furniture store with no customers, made direct sales from the campaign.
Running a business Facebook page and Instagram account follows an editorial calendar: usually eight to twelve posts a month, plus stories and Reels. A regular series and a consistent frame make a page recognisable. For Arte, a food producer, the standing series is a recipe post; every post for Tendencia BG, a curtains and blinds retailer, sits in a frame in the brand's colours.
At T&B Technology the photos, videos, banners and post designs come from the same people who do photo and video production, photo retouching, advertising materials and branding — one team across marketing and search. We have run Arte's pages that way since 2023. A Facebook page does not replace a website: the ads must land where the order is paid for and counted, so where there is none, we start with online store development.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Copy and visuals for every post, plus banners and frames in the brand's colours and typefaces — never stock pictures.
Sales and enquiry campaigns and, for a store, catalogue ads that show products straight from the site. Adjusted every week.
We shoot, edit and post stories and Reels, plus short TikTok videos if your buyers are there, running the best ones as Spark Ads.
What goes out, when and why: topics, formats and dates for every week, collected in one calendar for the whole month.
Your Google Business Profile and map listing — current opening hours, photos and answered reviews, for people searching nearby.
Enquiries, cost per enquiry and sales from the ads, then reach and engagement — in that order.
HOW IT RUNS
Who buys, what they ask before buying and which network they use — from you and your account data.
Topics, frequency and visual language for the month, a week-by-week schedule and a goal for every campaign.
First we rework the page, fill in missing details and connect Meta Pixel; then posts, stories and campaigns go live.
What brought enquiries and sales, and at what cost; what we stop, and where the budget moves.

PROJECTS
PRICE
Social media management is billed as a monthly fee for the work; the ad budget is separate and you pay it straight to Meta. The fee depends on how many networks we run, how many posts, stories and videos go out each month, whether the visuals are made from scratch and how many campaigns we manage. How the monthly plan works is set out on the pricing page.
QUESTIONS
Ads are what you need if you want enquiries or sales this month; organic content, if your page has to look alive to someone who looks you up before buying. We agree and report the two separately, so you can see which one pays for itself. Ads on their own are fine if someone in your team can shoot and write. If you are comparing “social media packages”, ask which of the two is inside and whether the ad budget is included.
We post when there is something worth saying — usually eight to twelve times a month, plus stories and short videos. We write the copy and make the visuals, and agree the number and topics with you before the month starts. More posts do not mean more sales: eight that stop someone scrolling beat twenty written to fill a calendar.
We work on Facebook and Instagram for almost every client: both are run from one place, and the ads on both go out from one Meta ad account. We add LinkedIn when the buyer is a business, and TikTok when your customers watch short clips, as with Paleti Market, which sells in Bulgaria and Romania. We work on any other network your customers use; we do not open an account somewhere just to have one. When we advertise on TikTok, we use Spark Ads: posts that are already live, promoted through TikTok Ads Manager.
Yes. We shoot and edit Reels and stories for Instagram and Facebook and short videos for TikTok, and when the posts need new photos, we do a photo shoot as well. What we shoot goes into the posts and the ads alike. If you already have photos or footage, we work with those too. What a shoot includes is set out on the photo and video production page.
When your buyers are on TikTok, the account is kept up and a video has already taken off on its own. A Spark Ad is made from an organic post that is already live — on your own account or, with an authorisation code, on a creator's — so it keeps the post's likes, comments and link to the profile. The budget then goes behind something people already watch, not an untested ad. If the account is still empty, start by posting.
You answer the messages about the product, because you know stock, delivery times and prices best, and a fast answer sells. We take the comments under the Facebook and Instagram ads, and pass any question about an order or stock on to you.
Facebook ads for an online store start with set-up: the ad account, Meta Pixel and the product catalogue. From scratch, set-up takes one to two weeks before the first sales — as it did for Demetra Shoes. An established store gains from reworking its current campaigns: at Alesimo, sales grew 220% in two months. A new store has no past visitors to remind, so its first campaigns look for new buyers. If people already search for your product by name, start with Google Ads.
We need three things from you: access to your pages and your Meta ad account — if there is no ad account, we open one in your name; product photos, which we retouch where needed (if you have none, we shoot them); and your own card on the ad account, so you pay the budget straight to Meta. For an online store we also need access to the site to connect Meta Pixel and the catalogue. Tell us about promotions and new products before the month starts.
The monthly social media report opens with enquiries, cost per enquiry and sales from the ads, when the store tracks them; reach and engagement come after. Under the numbers it says what we change next month. Engagement and new followers show what people like, not what they buy. If another agency's report opens with likes, ask how many of those people got in touch or bought.
Yours. The pages and the ad accounts are in your name and we work with access. If we part ways you revoke it, and everything — posts, audiences and data — stays with you. So if you change agencies, the next one starts from your history, not from zero.
