PRICING
What a website, a store and maintenance actually cost.
What a website costs depends on scope, not page count. We publish how we count and what moves the number; the exact figure comes after one conversation.
HOW WE QUOTE
Three ways to pay. The scope is agreed before anything starts.
There is no package that makes you pay for something you do not need. There is a scope we write down, and a price for it.
A fixed price for a scope
For one-off work — a site, a store, a logo, a campaign. We write down what is included, quote it, and the figure does not move unless the scope does.
A monthly plan
For maintenance, advertising and social media. Billed monthly; maintenance carries a six-month minimum.
Express — double the price
The deadline halves, the price doubles. The rule is the same for a logo, a branding kit and print.
BY SERVICE
Every service in short — the price is for your scope.
| Service | Price | In short |
|---|---|---|
| Graphic design | Ask for a quote | Graphic design from one team: logo and branding, packaging and labels, print and advertising materials, photo retouching — one style, files that stay yours. |
| Logo design | Ask for a quote | Logo design: two concepts, up to three revisions, files for print and screen. |
| Branding | Ask for a quote | Branding: a logo, business cards, letterheads and a brand book that sets the rules — an identity that stays yours. |
| Packaging and labels | Ask for a quote | Packaging and label design, ready for the printer: mandatory fields, barcode, die-line, colour profile. |
| Print materials | Ask for a quote | Catalogue, menu, business card, invitation and book design, with print-ready files and a proof. |
| Advertising materials | Ask for a quote | Brochures, flyers, banners and billboards — one style, every size. |
| Photo retouching | Ask for a quote | Product photo retouching: background, colour, screen and print profiles, files named by SKU. |
| Website development | Ask for a quote | Website development for companies on our own platform, in the languages you need: admin panel, SEO basics and speed. The code and the data stay yours. |
| Online store development | Ask for a quote | An online store wired to your warehouse and courier. |
| The T&B platform | Ask for a quote | Our own platform for online stores and company websites — not a site builder, not a theme with 40 plugins. We write and maintain it ourselves. |
| Website speed optimisation | Ask for a quote | Website speed optimisation: images, code, caching and hosting. We measure in PageSpeed before and after — same page, same device — and report what each change bought. |
| Website maintenance | Ask for a quote | Website maintenance on a monthly plan: a weekly check, backups, updates, uptime monitoring and a monthly report — including sites we did not build. |
| Cybersecurity | Ask for a quote | Security tests before someone else runs them. |
| Digital marketing | Ask for a quote | A digital marketing agency for SEO, Google Ads, social media, e-mail and performance marketing for online stores. A plan every week and a monthly report in enquiries and sales. |
| SEO and AI search | Ask for a quote | Be found in Google — and in the assistants' answers. |
| Google Ads | Ask for a quote | Google Ads on the keywords that sell. |
| Social media management | Ask for a quote | Posts, campaigns and reports — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and any other network. |
| Photo and video production | Ask for a quote | Photos and video for ads, Reels and TikTok, shot and edited. |
| Web software | Ask for a quote | Bespoke web software instead of Excel: order and stock systems, admin panels, ERP integrations and our own analytics. The code and the data are yours. |
| Warehouse sync and ERP integration | Ask for a quote | The shop and the warehouse show the same number. |
We publish no figures beside the services — the price follows the scope, and it is no secret. Ask, and you get a range for your scope.
WHAT MOVES THE PRICE
Eight things move the number — in both directions.
The scope, not the page count
Ten simple pages cost less than one with a calculator in it. We count screens and logic, not URLs.
Whether the site sells
A catalogue, a basket, payments and a courier add work a brochure site never has. That is where a site and a store part company.
How many items, and where they come from
A hundred products typed in by hand and ten thousand arriving from a warehouse are two different jobs.
Integrations
Warehouse software, accounting, couriers, payments, ERP — or any other system. Each connection is its own job and is quoted on its own.
Languages
Each further language is not double, but it is not free either: translation, its own addresses, and an admin that holds every language. How many languages is your call.
Content
If the words and the photographs exist, you pay less. If we write and shoot them, that is its own line in the quote.
The deadline
The normal deadline is in the price. A halved one doubles it — that is the express rule above.
Migrating an existing site
An old site with history means moving content, addresses and redirects, so you keep the ranking you already have.
QUESTIONS
What people ask before they ask the price.
Why is there no “from X” figure?
Because it would be bait. Two jobs with the same page count differ by a factor of two depending on what the site has to do. We publish the way we count and everything that moves the number, and quote the figure in writing for the actual scope.
How do I compare two quotes?
By scope, not by the number at the bottom. Ask each supplier what exactly is included, who writes the words, whose hosting it is, whose data it is, and what year two costs. The questions are collected in our guide to choosing a supplier.
What if my budget is fixed?
Say so at the start. Then the conversation is about scope: what happens now and what waits for phase two. That is more honest than a discount you pay for later in work that quietly disappears.
Is there a cost after launch?
If you take maintenance — yes, monthly, with a six-month minimum. What it covers is set out on the website-maintenance page. Without a plan the site is still yours and still runs; nobody is watching it for you, that is all.
Do you look for free?
Yes. You describe what you sell and what is not working; you get an opinion and a range back, not a template quote.
Tell us the scope. You get a range back.
One paragraph about what you sell and what is not working is enough to start.
