LAST CHANGED ·These terms cover the use of tnb-tech.com and the free tools on it. Work on an actual project is governed by a separate contract or an accepted proposal, which take precedence over anything written here.

2. What is on the site
Service descriptions, case studies and articles are information, not an offer. Price, timeline and scope are confirmed in writing for each project.
3. The free tools
The domain check reports what public records and the site itself return at the moment of the check. The result is informative: it is not an audit and it guarantees neither availability, nor security, nor registration of a domain. The tool is meant for reasonable personal use — bulk automated requests are rate-limited.
4. Copyright
The text, images, code and design of this site are ours or used with permission. You may quote with attribution and a link. Copying whole pages, the design or the code — no.
5. Liability
We work to keep the site up and the information correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of text published here or of a free-tool result.
6. Links to other sites
Our case studies link to clients' websites. Their owners are responsible for their content.
7. Personal data
How we handle data from the forms is described in the Privacy policy.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The date of the last change is at the top; the version that applies to you is the one in force when you use the site.
9. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by conversation first and, failing that, before the competent Bulgarian court.
