Warehouse software
Warehouse software (WMS) for wholesalers, distributors and online stores: our own software with a CRM — on-premise, in the cloud or on a monthly subscription.
Warehouse software is where a company keeps track of its goods: what came in, what was sold, what is left and which warehouse it is in. At T&B Technology, a digital agency in Bulgaria, we have warehouse management software (WMS) of our own, with a CRM built in, and we offer it three ways: installed on your premises, in the cloud, or on a monthly subscription. It is set up around the way your warehouse works — for wholesalers and distributors, for shops that hold stock, and for online stores whose stock figures have to come from one place.
Warehouse software on your premises or in the cloud: three ways
How you run the program is your choice. The first way is a local installation (on-premise): the program runs on a computer or server of yours, inside your network. The second is in the cloud, under a one-time licence: the program is online and the licence is paid once. The third is a monthly subscription (SaaS): it is paid by the month. The data in the program is yours in all three. Two examples from our projects: Zdradech’s warehouse program runs on a computer at the company, with no access from outside, while that of Emo Sklad, a clothing wholesaler and retailer, runs online. Which way is yours we decide together, by how your company works and what you require.
What the warehouse software keeps: from delivery to invoice
Stock is held with lots and expiry dates and counted separately for each warehouse. Deliveries, sales, quotes and pro-formas, invoices and credit notes all come out of the same database as the stock. Stock-takes and transfers between warehouses are done inside the program, not in a spreadsheet on the side. It proposes what to reorder by rules you set, prints Code 128 and EAN-13 barcode labels and takes exchange rates from the Bulgarian National Bank.
Each member of staff works under a role, actions are written to an audit log and sign-in is two-factor. The interface is in Bulgarian, English or the language you need, and the documentation, in Bulgarian, sits inside the program itself.
Warehouse software with a CRM: customers in the same database
The CRM modules share the database with the stock: clients and contacts, a per-client credit limit that, as you choose, warns on an order above it or blocks it, quotes the client signs online that turn into orders, a sales pipeline with deals and tasks, and a portal where clients see their own invoices and balance. A built-in AI assistant answers questions about the warehouse data and runs on the model you prefer — ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or a local model.
Warehouse software for an online store: one figure in two places
When the online store and the warehouse are both our products, the link between them is ready: stock goes to the store on every order and every product save and is reconciled on a schedule, orders come back to the warehouse, and a store edit that contradicts the warehouse waits for review. At Emo Sklad the online store and the warehouse program behind it are both ours, and they run connected. If there is no store yet, the same team handles online store development. If you already run a stock system and only want it connected to your store, that is a different service — warehouse sync: there the stock system stays the one you have, and we write the connection.
Bespoke warehouse software: when the process needs more
When the process in the warehouse needs something the program does not have, the missing part is written as web software and connected to the rest. Sometimes the whole program is written to order: for Zdradech, a trader in metals and thermal panels, we built a warehouse program for deliveries, sales, stock-takes, stock levels and transfers, with detailed reports and a separate module, open to the manager only, for correcting mistakes. It is installed on a computer at the company that acts as the server; other devices open it in a browser, sign-in needs a username and password, and there is no access from outside. When writing to order makes sense is covered under bespoke web software.
The warehouse software is our own work, part of the business-software line we sell under our own brand, SellM8; the rest of that line is described on the T&B platform page. The data in the program is yours, and the terms for the code are set out in the quote. What moves the price is on the pricing page.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
What the warehouse software includes.
Stock by warehouse
Each product’s quantity is kept separately for every warehouse, with lots and expiry dates, and moved by transfer between warehouses.
Deliveries and purchasing
Deliveries are entered in the program, and it proposes what to reorder by rules you set yourself.
Sales, quotes and invoices
Quotes and pro-formas, sales, invoices and credit notes come out of the same database as the stock; exchange rates come from the Bulgarian National Bank.
Stock-takes and barcode labels
Stock-takes are done inside the program, and labels print with a Code 128 or EAN-13 barcode.
A CRM in the same database
Clients and contacts, a credit limit per client, quotes signed online, deals and tasks, and a portal where clients see their invoices.
Roles, audit log, two-factor sign-in
Each member of staff works under a role, actions are written to an audit log and sign-in to the program is two-factor.
HOW IT RUNS
How the warehouse software moves through four stages, without a hand-off.
-
01
The process today
We write down how goods move through your business: who receives a delivery, who issues the documents, how many warehouses there are and where the numbers drift apart.
-
02
Set-up and data
The program goes live the way you chose — on your premises, in the cloud or on subscription. The starting data — products, clients, stock — is prepared with you from the spreadsheets or the old program.
-
03
A parallel run
The old way and the new one run side by side until the numbers match. We compare stock figures, not impressions.
-
04
Go-live and upkeep
The warehouse moves onto the program completely. Upkeep and later additions are agreed separately.
“There are agencies that build you a website. And there are those that catch your idea from two sentences and turn it into something that actually works. We are with them for websites, ads and everything digital — and what we love most is that they do not wait for you to tell them every next step. They suggest, think, test and act. And when you open the site and say to yourself “Hey, that is exactly what I meant”, you know you have found your people. 🚀”
“T&B Technology built an online store for me and I am very happy with the result. Communication was easy, they took my ideas on board and kept the deadlines they promised. I would work with them again.”

PRICE
How much does warehouse software cost?
The price of the warehouse software is set once the scope is written down, and it goes into the quote. It depends on how you take it — a local installation, the cloud under a one-time licence or a monthly subscription — on how many warehouses the program will keep, how much of your process has to be configured or written in addition, which other systems it will connect to — an online store, accounting, a courier — and how much data comes across from the old program or the spreadsheets. Each connection to another system is its own job and is quoted on its own. What else moves the price is on the pricing page.
QUESTIONS
The warehouse software: what people ask most.
What is the difference between inventory software and a WMS?
Inventory software answers how much you hold and which documents you issued. A warehouse management system (WMS) also answers where exactly the goods are, who handled them and in what order the work happens. In everyday use the two names are often given to the same thing. Our warehouse software keeps stock by warehouse, lots and expiry dates, the documents and the stock-takes; when your warehouse needs more, the missing part is written in addition.
Do I need warehouse software, or is Excel enough?
Excel is enough while the goods sit in one place and one person keeps the sheet. You need warehouse software once the figure in the sheet stops matching the shelf: stock in more than one warehouse, two people editing one file, or an online store that has to know what is left. If you are still short of that point, we will say so on the first call.
Does the warehouse software work with an online store?
Yes. When the store runs on our platform, the link is ready: stock goes to the store on every order and every product save and is reconciled on a schedule, and orders come back to the warehouse. If your store is on another platform, we start by looking at what it can exchange and describe the connection as a job of its own. And if you would rather keep the stock system you have, see warehouse sync.
Where is the warehouse software installed?
Wherever suits you. We offer it three ways: a local installation on your premises (on-premise), on a computer or server of yours; in the cloud, under a one-time licence; or as a monthly subscription (SaaS). Access is by role, sign-in is two-factor and each user’s actions go into an audit log. The warehouse program we wrote for Zdradech runs on a computer at the company and opens only from its own network, with no access from outside; Emo Sklad’s runs online. Which way is yours is decided together before we start.
Who owns the data in the warehouse software?
The data is yours, however you run the program — on your premises, in the cloud or on subscription. The terms for the code are set out in the quote. Roles decide what each member of your staff can see, and every action stays in the audit log.
Can the warehouse software be adapted to the way we work?
Yes. The warehouses, the roles, the credit limits and the rules by which the program proposes what to reorder are set for your company. When the process needs something the program does not have, the missing part is written as web software, with a scope and a price of its own, and connected to the rest. That is how the warehouse program we wrote for Zdradech came to have a separate module, open to the manager only, for correcting deliveries and items after a storekeeper’s mistake.
What language does the warehouse software work in?
The interface is in Bulgarian, English or the language you need. The documentation is in Bulgarian and opens from inside the program itself.
What does the AI assistant in the warehouse software do?
The built-in AI assistant answers questions about the data in the warehouse. It runs on the model you prefer, chosen by preference and cost: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or a local model.
