For Zdradech, a trader in metals and thermal panels: warehouse software behind a password-protected login, a corporate website, a logo and business cards.

TASK

Zdradech trades in metals and thermal panels.

Its warehouse needed a program for deliveries, sales, stock-takes, stock levels and transfers, with detailed reports for the storekeeper and control for the manager. The company also needed a corporate website, a logo and business cards.

APPROACH

Warehouse software. A web program for deliveries, sales, stock-takes, stock levels and transfers, with detailed reports on stock, items and customers. A separate module, open to the manager only, corrects deliveries and items after a storekeeper's mistake. A computer chosen by the manager acts as the server: the program is installed on it, and other devices on the network open it in a browser. Access from outside is blocked for security reasons.
Protected login. At the client's request we add a login page to the system. Without the right username and password, the software does not open.
Website. We build the corporate website and the logo, and take on monitoring, speed, SEO, security and online advertising.
Business cards. Clean business cards with a QR code that leads to the website.

OUTCOME

The warehouse got one program for the whole process, from delivery to sale, with reports and corrections available only on the company network and only after logging in. The website and the QR-coded business cards lead customers to the company's services.
