A San Tropic bottle in watermelon and hibiscus, the Maldives flavour: front and back labels

The logo, labels and bottle shape for San Tropic Exotic Tonic Water, a three-flavour tonic for the S.Pellegrino brand.

CONTEXT

San Tropic Exotic Tonic Water is a three-flavour tonic for the S.Pellegrino brand. Each flavour is named after an island: watermelon and hibiscus for the Maldives, pomegranate and bougainvillea for Santorini, mango and papaya for Bora Bora. We design the logo, the labels and the bottle shape.

The logo is a palm tree on a small island against the sun, with SAN TROPIC and the line Exotic Tonic Water beneath it. The three labels share one layout and differ in their pastel colour — pale pink, pink and peach — and in their wording, with the flavour above the mark and the island below it. A neck label repeats the mark, and the back label carries the nutrition table, the ingredients and a short description of the taste.

Each flavour also gets an advertising visual: the bottles set against the island it is named after.
