Handmade invitations and cards for christenings, proms, weddings and birthdays, each with a design of its own.
CONTEXT
Christenings, proms and weddings are planned well ahead, and the invitation is one of the details that has to be just right. Every invitation here has a design of its own and carries the names, the date and the venue of the celebration it is for.
The set includes:
- prom invitations: a square one with rose-gold ornaments and cut-paper lace corners that fold over the text, and a folded one with a cut-paper cover and a calendar page with the date circled;
- wedding invitations: a gatefold with lace wings and a programme of the day with small icons, and a vellum one standing on a base of cut-paper roses;
- a christening invitation bordered with Bulgarian embroidery motifs, and a wooden box with a cross-stitched lid;
- a birthday card with a pop-up bouquet of cut-paper roses.
