Reference number:
We use your numbers and nothing else. We add up a week's orders across the four channels. Hours a month are those orders × 4.33 weeks × the minutes one order takes ÷ 60, and their cost is the hours × your hourly cost. Mistakes a year are the orders × 52 × the share with a mistake, at the cost of one mistake. The features follow your answers. An empty field counts as zero, and the result names it.

QUESTIONS
An online store for business customers only. Each customer logs in, sees their own prices and the stock, and places the order themselves, at any hour and without a phone call. The order goes into the stock program without anyone re-keying it.
Yes. Prices are set per customer or per price group, and after logging in each customer sees only their own. The same goes for payment terms and a credit limit.
Yes, with any stock program, through its API, a regular file or access to its database. For Radans, for example, the B2B store takes items and prices from the warehouse twice a day and sends orders back to it. Which of the three ways suits your program shows in its export; we confirm the timing after the first call.
It depends on the number of price groups, on whether you give payment terms with credit limits, and most of all on the link to your stock program. Each stage has a written scope and a fixed price; what moves it is on our Pricing page.
In a portal the customer orders at any hour. The order lands in the stock program with their prices, and in the morning the team starts from it instead of copying it out of Viber or a phone call.
