> Website development for companies on our own platform, in the languages you need: admin panel, SEO basics and speed. The code and the data stay yours.

Website development at T&B Technology means a company website in the languages you need, on our own platform, with an admin panel where you edit text, photos and services yourself. We build for companies in Bulgaria and abroad that want to be found on Google and in AI assistants, not only on Facebook. The domain, the hosting, the data and the ad accounts are in your name; the code is handed over with documentation.

The platform is ours, so multilingual support, the admin panel and the SEO basics come with the site, not as extras on the invoice; what you pay for is the translation. Pages are built for the phone first; mobile optimisation is not a later fix. We measure speed rather than promise a score, before and after; where there is ground to make up, that is website speed optimisation. Ongoing ranking work is a separate service, SEO and AI search.

**Which site do you need: a brochure site, a company website, a catalogue or a store?**

A brochure site is a handful of pages: who you are, what you do and how to reach you. A ready-made theme is often enough for it, and we say so. A product catalogue without a cart — a product from our own line of business software — shows products by category and takes an enquiry on each one. An online store adds the cart, payment and delivery; it has its own page and its own terms. For an ad campaign we also build a landing page: one page, one call to action. You do not need to know the answer in advance — tell us what you sell and what a visitor should do, and we propose the kind of site and its scope.

**Building a company website**

A company (or corporate) website has a page for every service, enquiry forms and an admin panel; once you sell abroad we make it multilingual, with separate URLs for each language. Every service gets its own address, title and description for Google, so someone searching for exactly that service lands on its page rather than on the home page. The price depends on the number of pages and languages and on connections to other systems: the starting price is shown further down, and the exact offer comes once we know the full scope.

**Web design and web development in one team**

Building a website starts with structure, not colours: what your customer looks for and the step at which they give up. Then comes the prototype, which you review on a phone and a laptop before coding starts. The design follows the logo and colours you already have; if you have none, the same team designs the mark, palette and typefaces — that is graphic design. Development runs on our own platform, which we write and maintain ourselves, so the design is not bent to fit a third-party theme and the site does not depend on plugins somebody has to keep updated.

**Website development: who we build for**

We build websites for companies in any line of business: a construction company (AB Group), a non-ferrous metals trader (Balmet) and an electrical supplies firm whose catalogue syncs with its warehouse (Elektrokomers 68). Stores are a separate service, online store development: the one we built for Demetra Shoes, a footwear brand, made over €12,700 in turnover in its first month of ads.

A foreign brand opening in Bulgaria gets a Bulgarian-language site and a contract inside the EU. What moves the price is on the pricing page. If you are still choosing a supplier, start with how to choose a web development company.

## What is included

- Company website — A corporate website whose service pages and enquiry forms follow your customer's questions, not your org chart.
- Online store — Catalogue, cart, online payment and courier delivery on the same platform. The details are on the online store development page.
- Admin panel — Pages, enquiries and languages on one screen, on our own platform, plus our own analytics showing where visitors leave.
- Languages — The site is in the languages you need — each with its own addresses, linked so that Google shows everyone their own language.
- SEO basics and speed — Clean URLs, structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file for AI assistants. Speed is measured in PageSpeed before and after launch.
- Hosting, domain and care — Runs on plain shared hosting; domain and hosting in your name. Daily backups, monitoring and a monthly report if you want them.

## How it works

01. 01 Structure — What your customer looks for and where they give up: pages, forms, languages, and who writes the copy.
02. 02 Design and prototype — One direction, not three options. You review the prototype on a phone and a laptop before coding starts.
03. 03 Build — We build on our own platform. Before launch, you log in and review the site.
04. 04 Launch and care — Redirects from the old site, testing, monitoring, documentation, and the accounts handed over in your name.

## Results

- €12,700+ turnover, first month of ads — Demetra Shoes, a store we built

## Questions and answers

**What does website development cost?**
The price of a website depends on its scope, not its page count: ten simple pages cost less than one with a calculator. Selling online, languages, integrations, content that is not yet ready and moving an old site all add to it. We quote a fixed price for a written scope, and it moves only if the scope does. So compare quotes by scope, not by the total. How we calculate it is on the pricing page.

**What do we get when you build our website, and what is paid for separately?**
Website development includes the structure and design, the build on our own platform and the admin panel. It also covers the SEO basics, redirects from the old site, testing, and the handover of the logins with documentation. Paid for separately: translation, copy and photos when we produce them, and maintenance after launch. The domain and the hosting are in your name. What applies in your case is written into the scope before we start, and the price holds for that scope.

**How long does it take to build a website?**
How long a website takes depends more on when the copy and photos are ready than on the build. We agree the date with the scope, before we start. Three things delay it: waiting for content, new requirements midway, and moving an old site with many URLs. If your date cannot move (a season, a trade fair, an opening), say so in your first message, and we agree what goes in now and what waits for phase two.

**Who writes the copy, and where do the photos come from?**
Either you supply the copy and photos or we produce them; we settle it before the quote. If they are ready, you pay less; if we write and shoot them, that is a separate line in the quote. We need your logo, one person with the final say, and the domain — if you have none yet, we help you buy one in your name. Product photos go through photo retouching: background, colour and size for the site.

**A WordPress theme or a custom-built website: which do I need?**
For a brochure site with no logic or integrations and a small budget, a ready-made WordPress theme is the right buy, and we say so. A site on our own platform pays off when you edit it often and in several languages, when it has to talk to a warehouse or other software, when speed brings in customers, and when you count year two as well: no third-party theme and no plugins to keep updated.

**Can I edit the content myself?**
Yes, every page, product and line of text is edited from the admin panel, in every language, without having to ask us. The admin panel is a CMS that shows the fields your site actually has, not hundreds of theme settings. At Rabotyagi, for one, the content is in the team's hands, not a developer's.

**Is a new website ready for Google from day one?**
Yes: the technical groundwork is part of the site, not an extra. URLs are clean, every page has its own title and description, and structured data, a sitemap, redirects from the old site and an llms.txt file for AI assistants are done during the build. The layout starts from the phone, and we measure speed before launch and after it. “Ready for Google” does not mean page one, though: rankings come with content and time, and that is separate work — SEO and AI search.

**Who owns the website, the code and the domain if we part ways?**
The website, the code and the domain are yours, and they stay yours after we stop working together. The domain, the hosting, the data and the ad accounts are in your name. At handover you get the hosting and admin logins, the code, a copy of the database and the documentation. So the site keeps running if another team takes over its maintenance.

**When is a redesign enough, and when do we need a new website?**
A redesign is enough when the site is fast and easy to edit, and only its look has dated: the look and the layout change, the system stays. A new website in place of the old one pays off when the system itself is in the way — content cannot be changed without a developer, the plugins have gone a long time without updates, or you need more languages or a link to your warehouse. Either way your Google rankings are kept the same way: every old URL is kept or redirected to the new one.

**Can we move from WordPress or OpenCart without losing our rankings?**
Yes: moving from WordPress, OpenCart or any other platform, we carry over pages, products, customers and orders, and keep or redirect every old URL so rankings hold. URLs, titles and redirects are planned before launch, not after. Some movement in rankings in the first weeks is normal; lasting losses usually come from URLs left without a redirect. This site is our own migration: every old URL answers or redirects exactly once, and the old titles and structured data were kept.

**The company that built our website has gone quiet. Can you take it over?**
Yes, we take over websites another company built, including when that company no longer answers. We start with access: whose name the domain is registered in, who holds the hosting, and whether a backup exists. If nobody hands over access, we start from the domain registry. We take a backup before touching anything, and only then propose a plan. Ongoing care after that is website maintenance on a monthly plan.

**Do we need a website if we already have a Facebook page?**
Yes, if you want to be found by people who do not follow you: Google and AI assistants read websites far more than posts. A Facebook page lives on somebody else's platform and by its rules; a website sits on your own domain, and its content stays with you. Ads also need somewhere to send people — a page where an enquiry is made and counted. So the page and the site work together: Facebook gets you seen, the site takes the enquiry.

**Do we need to be in the same city for you to build our website?**
No: building a website needs no meeting in person. Our team comes from across the country, and our office is in Ruse. The structure and the prototype are discussed by email or video call, and before launch you review the site with a login of your own. If you would rather talk face to face, visitors are welcome at the office during opening hours — the address is on the contact page.
