> Catalogue, menu, business card, invitation and book design — in your brand's style, built to the printer's specification and proofed before the run.

Print design is the work that makes a catalogue, a menu, a business card, an invitation or a book look like your brand and come off the press without surprises. At T&B Technology we do it for restaurants that change their menu, for producers with a product catalogue, for companies replacing their business cards and letterheads after a new logo, and for authors publishing a book. You get a file built to your printer's specification, a proof before the run, and the source files of the layout, so the next edition starts from them.

Print still works where a screen cannot reach: on the restaurant table, in a customer's hand, in the folder at a meeting. So we set it in the typefaces and colours of your logo and website, and when we made the branding as well, the catalogue simply carries it on. For Podo centre we make the business cards, the flyers, the website and the social media; for Zdradech, the website and business cards with a QR code that leads to it. Prepress is our job: we agree format, paper, colour profile and bleed with the printer, and product photos for a catalogue go through photo retouching first.

The menus for Bistro Dimana in Ruse are clean, with folk motifs; we designed them and saw them through to print. For Arte, a food producer, we have made the monthly promotional brochure since 2023: a small catalogue with product photos and descriptions, bundle offers, discounts and a QR code to the site. Flyers, posters and banners for a single campaign have their own page, advertising materials. What sets the price of the design is on the pricing page.

## What is included

- Catalogues and product editions — A multi-page product catalogue: page plan, photos, item codes and prices, laid out so the next edition is an edit, not a new layout.
- Menus and price lists — Formats that hold in the hand and read in low light. The file is set up so a new price or a new dish is a correction, not a redesign.
- Business cards, letterheads and folders — Built on the logo, colours and typeface you already have. A QR code to your website if you want one, as on the cards for Podo centre and Zdradech.
- Invitations, cards and certificates — Invitations for a wedding, a christening or a company event, greeting cards and certificates — with foil, die-cutting or embossing.
- Books and publications — Typesetting, cover, spine and a print-ready block — for authors and for company publications.
- Prepress and proof — Format, bleed, CMYK colour profile and embedded fonts, then a proof from the printer before the run starts.

## How it works

01. 01 Format and run — How many pages, how many copies, and into whose hands.
02. 02 Layout — A page plan and one concept for the cover.
03. 03 Typesetting and edits — The text goes in, gets corrected and is locked.
04. 04 Files and proof — Profile, tolerances and a proof from the printer before the run.

## Questions and answers

**What does catalogue or menu design cost?**
Catalogue or menu design is priced on the number of pages, on how many photos need retouching and on what your printer requires. If the text and the photos are ready, you pay less. An express order halves the deadline and doubles the price, the same rule as for logos and branding. What moves the number is on the pricing page.

**Do you design business cards without a full branding project?**
Yes, we design business cards on their own, from the logo, colours and typeface you already have. If the logo exists only as a PNG or JPG, we first redraw it as a vector so it prints sharp. If you need the whole system — cards, letterheads, envelopes and the rules for using them — that is branding.

**What is a proof, and why do you ask for one before the run?**
A proof is a test print the printer makes before the full run, on the paper of the job wherever possible. It shows colour, folds, trimming and small type in a way a screen never quite does. The run starts only after you approve the proof, because a mistake across a thousand copies costs more than one test sheet.

**Whose are the files, and what if we change printer?**
The source files are yours: you get the open layout and the PDF that goes to the printer. If you print somewhere else tomorrow, the same file is adapted to the new printer's specification — format, bleed, colour profile — and nothing starts from scratch.

**Who prints the materials?**
The materials are printed by the printer you already use or by one we recommend. We prepare the files to that printer's specification and agree format, paper and colour profile with them directly. Tell us at the start when you need the finished copies; that date decides when the files must reach the printer.

**What do you need to start on the print materials?**
To start we need the text, the photos and the print run — how many copies, and where they will be used. If the text is not written yet, we help write it. Phone photos go through product photo retouching before they go into a catalogue.

**Do you lay out in two or more languages?**
Yes, we lay out catalogues, menus and business cards in two or more languages, either in one edition or as a separate version per language. The translation is commissioned separately; we plan the pages so the longest text does not break the layout.

**What is the difference between print materials and advertising materials?**
Print materials are the pieces people keep or receive regularly: a catalogue, a menu, a business card, a letterhead, an invitation, a book, a monthly product edition. Advertising materials carry the message of one campaign — a flyer, brochure, poster, banner or billboard for a particular promotion — and have their own page: advertising materials.
