## Graphic design and advertising materials in Ruse

**How does a project start?**
With a conversation — at the office, on the phone or online. You tell us what you sell and what is not working; we come back with an opinion and a price range. Then we write the scope down and quote a price for it. The work runs in four stages: brief, concept, build, launch and care.

**What does a website or an online store cost?**
It depends on the scope, not on the page count. What moves the price is whether the site sells, how many products there are and where they come from, which integrations are needed (warehouse, courier, payments), how many languages it runs in, and whether the copy and photos are ready. We quote a fixed price for a written scope, and it changes only if the scope does. What moves the number is set out on the Pricing page.

**What do Google, Facebook and Instagram ads cost?**
There are two separate costs. You set the ad budget and pay it straight to Google or Meta, from accounts in your own name. Our work is billed as a monthly fee that depends on how many channels we run and on whether the site and the tracking are already in place. How we price the fee is on the Pricing page.
