## Context

Paleti Market makes and sells pallets, europallets and other wooden products, and was expanding in Bulgaria and Romania.

The goal was a Facebook and Instagram presence that brings in potential customers who get in touch by phone or through a form.

## Approach

We design several ad visuals and edit the videos the client films itself, in Romanian for the Romanian market, and test them on a carefully chosen audience. In the first week we see which messages and formats draw the most interest and gradually move the budget to those alone.

The ads lead either to a phone call or to a quote request form on Facebook.

For TikTok, the client supplies the text with the core message and its own footage, and we edit them into finished clips with the help of AI, adding subtitles and a synthesised voice-over.

## Outcome

Within two weeks the campaign brought more requests and more interest from new customers.
