## Context

In 2023 Muzelo sold beds and mattresses for dogs and cats, blankets and decorative pillows.

The client wanted shoppers to personalise products in the store itself, choosing a name, an embroidery colour and a font. Its promotional campaigns also needed ways to draw attention to the offers.

## Approach

The store. We build a fast online store that is easy to navigate and works on every device. At the client's request we add a personalisation module for the name, the embroidery colour and the font. We integrate Speedy, card payments through Stripe and receipt generation, add an animated logo and speed the site up.

Promo campaigns. We build a slider for the current offers in the store's style, a countdown timer on the home page, a pop-up with a promo code for an extra discount and a dedicated sale page. The campaigns run alongside social media ads.

## Outcome

The store ran its Black Friday sale (17–26 November 2023) on these tools, with the slider, a promo code and the sale page, followed by a Mattress Week with a countdown on the home page.
